Alex Wolfson is a New York City based artist, writer, and academic. He works in various mediums (installation, performance, sculpture, drawing, etc.). In the summer of 2020, he received his PhD from the University of Chicago, with a dissertation entitled: Force and Stabilization. He now serves as a College Fellow and Visiting Scholar at the University of Virginia and a lecturer at the School of Visual Arts (SVA). He is also a Psychoanalytic Candidate at the William Alanson White Institute, NYC.
